Development

The Landings St. Lucia opened December 19, 2007 and is now continuing an ongoing expansion and development until the scheduled completion in 2010.  We are committed to ensuring that all guests have an extraordinary vacation experience.  As such, construction has been carefully planned so that all work will have minimal impact on your stay. 

Now Open:  

• 62 villas  comprising of one, two and three bedroom units surrounding The Landings' Private Harbor and beach. All guests have access to our swimming pool and two hot tubs.
• The Grand Pavilion featuring waterfalls, fountains and spacious seating areas surround a host of services including the front office, concierge, bell, and valet services. 
• RockResorts Spa located in the Grand Pavilion this 7,000-square-foot retreat includes indoor and outdoor treatment  facilities, locker rooms, retail selection, and more.
• The Fitness Gallery, located in the Grand Pavilion, this air conditioned facility offers Cybrex machinery, weights, personal trainers and fitness classes.
• Yacht Haven Restaurant  and bar, a seaside retreat open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
• The Viscount Lounge  in The Grand Pavilion lobby often featuring nightly entertainment.
• Compass Terrace:  Tucked behind the Grand Pavilion and facing west, this large outdoor space features a fountain and is perfect for cocktail receptions, weddings or watching the sunset.
• The Landings 800' beach is home to our private collection of water sports  and beach concessions offering sailboats, kayaks, waterskiing boat and snorkeling equipment.  Enjoy our soft sand beach with lounge chairs and umbrellas.
