Deposits & Cancellations

Deposit Policy:
A deposit of $500 per reservation is charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking. Full and final payment is due 21 days prior to arrival and is automatically charged to the card on file at that time. Reservations that are booked inside 21 days from arrival date are charged full and final payment at time of booking.

Holiday reservations staying December 19-31, 2008 require a $2000 deposit charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking. Full and final payment is due on November 1, 2008 and is automatically charged to the card on file at that time. Reservations that are booked inside November 1, 2008 are charged full and final payment at time of booking. All final payments are non-refundable.

Cancellation for January 4-May 11, 2008 , November 27-December 18, 2008, and January 5, 2009-May 15, 2009:
Free cancellation outside 21 days of arrival. Cancellations made 21 days or less of arrival are subject to forfeiture of full payment. No shows, late arrivals and early departures are charged the entire amount for the reserved stay.

Cancellation for May 12-November 26, 2008:
Free cancellation outside 1 day of arrival. Please cancel your reservation before 4:00 pm AST the day prior to arrival. Cancellations made the day of arrival are subject to forfeiture of full payment. No shows, late arrivals and early departures are charged the entire amount for the reserved stay.

Cancellation for December 19, 2008 - January 4, 2009
Free cancellation prior to November 1, 2008. Non refundable as of November 1, 2008. No shows, late arrivals and early departures are charged the entire amount for the reserved stay.

Tax and Service Fees

Local tax
8% tax on all resort purchases.

Service Fee
10% service fee is applicable to all resort purchases.

Resort Fee
All resort service items are now packaged under one convenient Resort Fee for $30 per night.

Non Motorized Water Sports including kayak, sailboat, and snorkel equipment rental.
Ground transfer to Rodney Bay Village (select times - reservations required)
Usage of The RockResorts Spa Fitness Gallery - open 24 hours
Afternoon poolside chair massages (11:00 – 1:00 pm daily)
Fitness classes (select classes - reservations required)
Manager’s evening cocktail reception (once weekly)

Grow Well Program
The Landings St. Lucia, following in the tradition of RockResorts, makes it a priority to give back to our community in any way we can. Please join us in supporting one of the island’s worthiest causes – Grow Well.

Grow Well is a youth charity organization that protects the futures of St. Lucia’s children by providing various educational programs and services, such as: library assistance, computer courses, personal development classes, guidance counseling, summer camps, craft classes, and community fund raising. Their work over the last twelve years has helped thousands of children get much needed education and support to live healthy lives.

A $2.00 per night contribution to Grow Well will be added to your room bill. The Landings St. Lucia would like to thank you in advance for your support of our community. Should you prefer to not donate, our Front Desk will provide you that option at check in.

St Lucia Departure Tax
EC $68 (US $26) for all international passengers over 12 years old or EC $35 (US $13) for regional passengers must be paid when leaving the Island. Cash only.

Standard Occupancy
Harbor Front Villa Suite (One Bedroom): two persons.
Deluxe Villa Suites (Two Bedrooms): four persons.
Premium Villa Suites (Three Bedrooms): six persons.
Grand Villa Suite (Three Bedrooms): six persons.

Additional Persons
Each unit may accommodate up to one additional person (Grand Villa Suites can accommodate up to two additional persons) by adding a crib or rollaway bed. All lodging rates are subject to a nightly fee of $50 per adult aged 13 and over or $25 per child aged 0-12 for additional guests occupying the room exceeding standard occupancy.

Accepted Credit Cards
The Landings St. Lucia accepts the following credit cards: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Carte Blanche, EuroCard, and Diners Club. We are unable to accept to checks.

Check In and Check Out Times
Check-in begins at 4 p.m., and checkout is prior to 11 a.m. For late check-out availability, check with the front desk on the morning of your departure.

Children
The Landings St Lucia is family friendly resort.

Pets
The Landings St. Lucia welcomes all service animals but is not able to accommodate other pets at the resort.

Smoking
The Landings St. Lucia is pleased to offer a smoke free resort experience. Smoking is permitted in designated areas only.
